Company History

Meta Progress was formed in 1998 to develop state-of-the-art pharmacological software to scientifically assess the distribution of drugs in the human body.  The mission statement has always been to simplify technology.  As a result, products developed by Meta Progress were universally received by end users needing productivity, not complexity.  The DUI Pro software application hid sophisticated blood alcohol distribution and elimination equations from the end user and made quick analysis a trival task.  However, for scientists, medical professionals and forensic professionals, the software provided granular levels of sophistication, even producing error ranges within configurable standard deviations. 

Since that time, Meta Progress has expanded its scope of services to include custom programming in the field of data processing.  Meta Progress has worked with Fortune 500 companies, developing database management tools that process over a million records a day on inexpensive, low power servers.   Our company has developed speech recognition technology in conjunction with Microsoft Speech Server SDK and telephony applications with Brooktrout technologies.
